How does Property Insights work?

Property Insights is powered using information sourced from one or more third parties. We have made sure to source data from reliable sources and every attempt has been made to ensure accuracy. However, neither CommBank nor our third-party data suppliers are able to provide a warranty or representation regarding the information presented. You acknowledge that the listings may not necessarily represent every property that may be for sale or sold throughout Australia.

Property prices are estimates only

Price estimates are based on sales data, market conditions, and listing features (e.g., number of bedrooms). They do not include property inspections or specific conditions and may not reflect recent changes in the property's condition.
Estimates are guides to possible market prices. You should conduct your own investigations, including inspections and obtaining reports (e.g., building and pest inspections), to assess the property's value and decide on a purchase price.
The estimate is not a valuation. When you apply for a loan, a valuation will be conducted, which might differ from the price estimate as it assesses the property's value, not just its market price.
