The Federal Government has launched the official government Coronavirus Australia app, which is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also join the official WhatsApp channel on iOS or Android.
The Coronavirus Australia app includes information on how to test your symptoms, register isolation and check the status of confirmed cases in Australia and more.
The Federal Government have also launched the COVIDSafe app to help find and contain outbreaks of coronavirus quickly.
The Federal Government has encouraged landlords, tenants and financial institutions to sit down and find ways that businesses can start again once the initial impacts of the virus have subsided. See commercial leasing principles agreed to by the Federal Government and continue to speak to your landlord to try and work on measures to help you both during this time.
There are scammers who are taking advantage of coronavirus. Examples of current scams include SMS and email scams and phone calls impersonating the World Health Organisation, government authorities, and legitimate businesses – including travel agents and telecommunications companies.
