Important information for NetBank customers

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with a better online experience, we are completing some upgrades to NetBank this weekend.  Whilst we will make every effort to minimise any disruptions, you may experience problems accessing NetBank. 

We anticipate NetBank will be unavailable between 10pm (Sydney time) on Friday 13 March and 8am (Sydney time) on Saturday 14 March 2009. Should you be unable to login to NetBank during this time, please try again later or you can use Telephone Banking on 13 2221.

Some of these enhancements for New NetBank include:

  • New login page;
  • Funds transfers and BPAY through Mobile Phone Banking;
  • View closed credit card statements online;
  • Stop paper statements for credit cards (coming soon);
  • Apply for a new credit card (coming soon);
