Changes to NetBank this weekend
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with a better NetBank experience, we are carrying out some upgrades to NetBank this weekend.
When will NetBank be unavailable?
We anticipate NetBank will be unavailable from 10pm (Sydney time), Friday 13th March to 8am (Sydney time), Saturday 14th March.
If you’re unable to log on during this time, please try again later or call Telephone Banking on 13 2221.
You will also notice the following NetBank changes:
- New logon and logoff page design (Your logon details remain the same.)
- Ability to transfer money and BPAY from your mobile – visit netbank.com.au/mobile from your phone
- Access to statements for closed credit card accounts
From 28th March, you will also be able to apply for a credit card online as well as choose to receive your credit card statements online and also well as.
