Plan your banking - NetBank & Mobile Banking limited availability 7 September 2009
We frequently make improvements and updates to NetBank and Mobile Banking that require these services to be unavailable for a short period of time.
Due to these upgrades, NetBank and Mobile Banking will be unavailable on Monday 7 September between 1am and 4am (Sydney time).
You can still use Telephone Banking by calling 13 2221 (Option 1) to get a balance, transfer money between linked accounts and use BPAY during these times with your phone banking password.
This work is necessary to provide a more reliable service in the future and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We know you want to increase your NetBank daily withdrawal limits for third party payments, International payments and BPAY payments. We’ll have this for you in NetBank by the end of this year.
