Let NetBank assist you in difficult circumstances

There are times when your personal circumstances may have changed or you may be experiencing difficulties meeting your monthly loan or credit card commitments. This may include:

If you unfortunately experience an unexpected change such as becoming  unemployed, contact with Customer Assist is your next step to help you through this time.   The Customer Assist team will assess your current personal circumstances and, where appropriate, provide solutions tailored to your needs.

You can now contact the Customer Assist team via NetBank – simply go to our ‘Manage accounts’ tab and select ‘Request a repayment holiday’. Within 2 working days of receiving your request, someone from the Customer Assist team will contact you to discuss your request.
