Important information regarding transfers and BPAY payments made on Monday 16 November
On Monday 16 November, NetBank experienced technical problems for transfers and BPAY payments that were made between 1pm and 5pm. During this time, certain NetBank transfers and BPAY payments were not successful and were incorrectly recorded on your transaction history.
What do I need to do?
Please check your balances and transaction history to ensure that all intended payments have been processed correctly.
If your transfer or BPAY does not appear on your transaction history or if there is a transfer or BPAY listed with no change to your account balance, those transactions were unsuccessful. To ensure these payments are processed, please re-submit these transfers or BPAY payments.
If during this period you inadvertently made duplicate transfers or BPAY payments, please contact us and we will assist you to correct these transactions.
What happens if I have incurred a fee or charge?
Any associated Commonwealth Bank fees and charges that you may have been charged as a result of this issue will be reversed.
