Improving NetBank for you!

As part of the Commonwealth Bank’s commitment to being Australia’s finest financial services organisation through excelling in customer service, we are continuing to make changes to NetBank and Mobile Banking to help you with your banking needs.

Our latest improvement allows validation of Commonwealth Bank account numbers for funds transfers.  If you’re transferring funds between Commonwealth Bank accounts on NetBank and accidentally enter an incorrect account number, NetBank will now advise you immediately if that Commonwealth Bank account number is incorrect.  This means that you can check the number entered and correct it before proceeding with the transfer.  This will save you time by ensuring funds go to the right place first time.
