We have resolved NetBank and Telephone Banking transaction errors

Some transactions completed on 22, 23, and 24 November 2008 were duplicated.
This has now been corrected. Original transactions have been processed in the usual way and any duplicated transactions are being reversed.
You will not incur any fees as a result of this error. We are currently working to have any fees that may have been charged reversed within the next 24 hours.
