We recently made a number of significant improvements to our business systems, processes, supervision and training.

In the course of making these changes, we identified some customers of Authorised Representatives of Count Financial, between 1 August 2007 and 30 June 2014, continued to pay Adviser Service Fees after their adviser ended their relationship with Count.

If you were affected by this issue, we will pay you a refund of all relevant Adviser Service fees, plus interest.

How do I know if I’m affected?

Count will contact you in writing if you are due to receive a refund of Adviser Service fees. All affected customers will be contacted before June 2017.
