How to make a Car or Home Insurance claim.

You can make a Home and Contents claim online.

What you need to know about making an online claim:

  • When you complete the form a summary of your claim will appear on your screen. Print this page for your records. 
  • We’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm the details of your claim and provide you with your claim number. We might also ask for some additional information needed to assess your claim. 

Call 13 2423 as soon as possible with full details of any loss or damage. Emergency claims are handled by our Emergency Claims Assistance Line, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They understand how important it is to get things moving quickly in an emergency situation.

If you’re making a Home Insurance claim, you can help speed up the process by having these when you call:

  • Your policy number
  • The date the event or incident happened
  • A police report number (if applicable)

If you’re making a Car Insurance claim, here’s what can help speed up the process:

  • Details of any third parties involved
