Update your message preferences

We’d love to keep in touch with you to keep you updated about your account(s) and our latest products, services and offers you might find useful.

If you’d prefer that we don’t contact you with these updates though, you can let us know in NetBank or the CommBank app, or call us.

NetBank

• Log on to NetBank
• Click the ‘Settings’ tab
• Click ‘Message preferences’ under the ‘Profile’ heading
• Select the messages you’d like to receive from us and click ‘Save changes’

Log on to NetBank

CommBank app

• Log on to the CommBank app
• Tap the menu icon
• Tap your name and then 'Notification preferences'
• Select the notifications you’d like to receive from us

 

Not registered for NetBank or the CommBank app?

Call us on 13 2221.

Just keep in mind that even if you opt-out of receiving messages and/or notifications from us, you’ll still receive important security-related updates about your account(s).
