Our commitment

Our commitment to you

CommInsure is committed to ensuring our interactions with those affected by family violence are conducted in a way that minimises the risk of harm, and provides for timely, consistent and targeted assistance.

Please tell us

Please tell us if you are affected by family violence

We encourage you to tell us about your vulnerability so that we can work with you to arrange support. Otherwise, there is a risk that we may not find out about it.

Support

How we will support you

In order to protect your safety and minimise the risk of harm, we will take steps to protect your personal information.

Where you are making a claim, we will take steps to ensure that your claim is handled sensitively and that you are not put in in a position where you are required to repeatedly disclose the circumstances of your family violence situation.

If you are suffering financial hardship and cannot pay your excess, please talk to us to discuss your circumstances.
