Your safety is our priority

In an emergency or if you’re not feeling safe, always call 000.

For confidential information, counselling and support, we recommend calling 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732. This is a free and confidential service that isn’t part of Commonwealth Bank.  If you need an interpreter or translator, you can ask for one and the counsellor will make the arrangements. Alternatively, you can call the telephone Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450, let them know your preferred language, and ask them to contact 1800RESPECT on your behalf on 1800 737 732. TIS National is available free of charge.

If you’re worried about your behaviour, there is free and confidential support available. Call Men’s Referral Service on 1300 766 491 or chat online at ntv.org.au. No to Violence works with men who use family violence, and the sector that supports them to change their abusive and violent behaviour.

Please let us know

Please let us know if you are affected by family violence

It takes courage to talk openly about your situation - we encourage you to let us know about your situation so that we can work with you to arrange support.

Support

How we will support you

In order to protect your safety and minimise the risk of harm, we will take steps to protect your personal information.

Where you are making a claim, we will take steps to ensure that your claim is handled sensitively and that you are not put in in a position where you are required to repeatedly disclose the circumstances of your family violence situation.

If you are suffering financial hardship and cannot pay your excess, please talk to us to discuss your circumstances.

What other support is available?
