Log on to NetBank > More > Manage my alerts. Under 'Status', click on the bin icon to delete the alert. Deleted alerts are permanent. If you want to restore it, you’ll need to create a new alert by clicking 'Add alert'.

If you’re going on holidays, lost your phone or simply want to pause receiving the alert for any given time, click on the pause icon. To re-activate the alert, click the play icon.
