You won't be able to make changes to your Portfolio in NetBank if you have one or more Home Loan, Credit Card, Personal Overdraft or Personal Loan applications in progress with CommBank. 

The assets and liabilities that appear in your Portfolio may affect any applications or quotes you have in progress with us. As a result, you won't be able to add, edit or delete information online while these are still current. 

If you need to update the financial information in your application or quote, please contact us. 

Contact us: 

  • Home Loan applications: 13 2224, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit your local branch
  • Personal Loan/Personal overdraft applications: 13 1431, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit your local branch
  • For Credit Card applications: 13 2221, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit your local branch
  • Commercial Loan applications: contact your Relationship Manager or visit your local branch.

It's your responsibility to ensure that any applications you have with us accurately reflect your financial circumstances. If you don't think you should have an application or quote in progress with us, you can contact us to discuss in more detail.
