At the moment, you can switch to a home loan online statement if you are:

  • A single borrower
  • Joint borrowers (maximum of two) where neither of you has been nominated to receive statements on behalf of the other
  • A borrower in a joint loan who has been nominated to receive statements on behalf of all other borrowers (three or more).

You can’t switch to online statements if you have:

  • A joint loan with three or more borrowers, unless you nominate one borrower to receive statements on behalf of all other borrowers. You can do this by completing Sections C and D of the Contract Authority and Nomination to Receive Notices form and bringing it into your local branch to set up.
  • A Guarantor cannot switch to online statements on behalf of any borrower.
