Where can I find transactions for my closed accounts in NetBank?

After you've closed an account or replaced a lost or stolen card, the account may take up to two business days to re-appear in NetBank. Once it's available, you'll be able to see the transaction history and your statements. 

You'll only be able to see accounts that have been closed within the last two years. 

To view up to two years of transaction history from your closed accounts: 

  1. Go to the View accounts tab and select Transactions
  2. Select Show recently closed accounts (next to the Select account dropdown) 
  3. Then choose a closed account from the last two years. 


To view up to seven years of statements from your closed accounts: 

  1. Go to the View accounts tab and select Statements 
  2. Select Show recently closed accounts (next to the Select account dropdown) 
  3. Then choose a closed account from the last two years. 

From here you'll be able to download your statements or email them.
