How do I close or cancel my CommBank Business account?

If you would like to close or cancel your business account you can call into any branch with personal identification such as a driver’s licence or passport, or call us on 13 1998 at any time.

If two or more signatories authorise transactions on the account you’re closing, you’ll need to bring them into the branch with you, or have them available when you ring us. They will also need to have their ID.
