My NetBank lab is our testing area where some of our customers help us test and improve our newest NetBank ideas. Some of the tools within My NetBank lab will be affected by the new changes to NetBank:

  • If you have Spending habits, you'll be able to experience the new home page, but not the updated transaction history page.
  • If you have My account activity, you'll be able to experience all of the new changes to NetBank, but you'll no longer be able to access My account activity.
  • If you're trialing the New NetBank homepage (alternate homepage), you won't be able to see the new home page but you will be able to access the updated transaction history page.
  • If you have Spending habits and the New NetBank homepage (alternate homepage), you won't be able to experience any of the new changes to NetBank.
  • If you have Spending habits and My account activity, you'll be able to see the new home page, but not the updated transaction history page.
  • If you're trialing the New NetBank homepage (alternate homepage) and My account activity, you won't be able to experience the new home page but you'll be able to access the updated transaction history page. After the rollout is complete you'll no longer be able to access My account activity.
  • To opt out of any My NetBank lab tools and experience all of the new changes to NetBank, simply go to the 'Profile & preferences' tab, select 'My NetBank lab' and then untick the box next to the tool you would like to remove and click Save Changes. Please remember that because some of the tools within My NetBank labs are available for a limited number of NetBank customers only, you may not be able to opt back in to some tools.
