Can I get a statement before it’s available?

If you need a statement for the period between your last statement and today, you can order one.

Just log on to NetBank and go to View accounts > Statements > Order a statement (under the Useful links heading on the right hand side).

You’ll get an online statement within two business days which you can download, print or send. If you’ve chosen to receive paper statements, you’ll also receive one in the mail.

Create a transaction summary

If you’d prefer, you can instantly create an official letter confirming your transactions and account details for a period that you choose.

Log on to NetBank and go to View accounts > Statements > Create summary (on the top right hand side).
