To add more drivers the policyholder needs to call us on 13 2423. We’ll need the following information about all drivers:

  • Their name, gender and date of birth
  • The number of years they’ve held their licence, not including their Learner’s licence
  • Their driving, claims and criminal history

Adding more drivers might change your premium and the excesses payable at the time of a claim.

You can also choose our ‘Restricted drivers’ option which excludes drivers under 30 years of age for a reduced premium. Find out more in the Car Insurance Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

To make any changes to your policy, please call us on 13 2423 between 8am -8pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 5pm on Saturdays (Sydney/Melbourne time).
