I've forgotten my PIN, how do I get a new one?

You can:

  • Log on to NetBank and select the 'More' tab then select 'Manage my accounts' and follow the links. You can choose your new PIN immediately
  • Visit your nearest Commonwealth Bank branch with your card and additional form of identification such as a driver's licence, passport or birth certificate. You can choose the PIN of your choice immediately; or
  • Call us on 13 2221 and press 2 for card enquiries. Have your card number and phone banking password handy
