If you need to make a Loan Protection claim, please call us on 13 3982 between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday (Sydney/Melbourne time).

If you’re making an involuntary unemployment or temporary disability claim you need to have been off work for 30 days before you’re eligible to make a claim. For all other claims, call us as soon as possible.

Where possible, your claim will be processed over the phone. Otherwise, the claims team will send you a claim form and a letter outlining the supporting evidence required to assess your claim.

You need to complete the claim form and return it, along with supporting evidence of your claim.
