As part of the terms and conditions of your lifetime annuity, we require satisfactory proof that you are still eligible to receive the income payments. Income payments will continue as long as you are alive.

You should have received in writing from us a request to complete and return a continuity certificate. On both occasions it was outlined that payments would be suspended after a specific date if the certificate was not returned. Our records indicate that no certificate has been returned, therefore your payments have been suspended.

To have your payments reinstated, please return the completed continuity certificate to us and we will recommence the payments from the next payment due date. Any missed payment will be paid once the certificate is returned.

If you would like to discuss this further or have already returned your certificate, please call 1800 624 100 between 8:30am and 6pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday.
