How do I earn bonus interest on my Youthsaver account?

You’ll earn bonus interest if at least one deposit and no withdrawals are made each calendar month. Tell me more.

I have another savings account with CommBank, which one should I use?

Your Youthsaver account is made for under 18s and rewards regular savers with bonus interest. When choosing which savings account is right for you, it’s a good idea to compare the options available.

 

Are fees payable on the Smart Access account?

There are no monthly account fees on the Smart Access account until you turn 21 years old. See the rates and fees.

I already have a Keycard, will it work with the Smart Access account?

No, your current Keycard will remain linked to your Youthsaver account. If you’d like to access your Smart Access account with a card, select the Smart Access account with Debit Mastercard® option.

Do I have to take up a new Debit Mastercard?

You don’t have to, we’ll only set this up if you select the Debit Mastercard option. 

If I take up a new Debit Mastercard, when will it arrive?

You’ll get your new card within 13 business days after submitting your request.
