In order to keep your accounts secure, you’re unable to disable your NetCode functionality online. You will need to call the NetBank Help Desk on 13 2221 (option 4), +61 13 2221 if you are calling from overseas. The NetBank Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you're registered for the CommBank app you can get the NetCode sent straight to it as long as you have data/3G connectivity.
