What happens if I want to decrease cover or remove cover on my Simple Life policy?

Call 13 3982 if you'd like to decrease your Simple Life cover or remove cover types from your policy. This will be applied from the date your request is processed.
Your new monthly premium will be calculated by deducting the cost of the cover you've reduced or removed from your existing premium. A new premium will apply from the date your request is processed.
Your next payment will be reduced by the amount of the decreased or removed cover, from the date your request is processed, to your next payment date.
For example, if your request to decrease your cover from the 1st of the month is accepted, your cover will decrease from this date. Then, if your next payment date is on the 7th of the month, your next payment will be your new monthly premium, less six days of cover for the decreased amount.
