If my phone or tablet is lost or stolen, can anyone get access to my personal banking information through the CommBank app?

No, as long as you haven't told anyone your CommBank app 4-digit PIN or NetBank password.

If you’ve set up Tap & Pay (using a supported device or CommBank PayTag), please call us immediately on 13 2221 so we can cancel the access.

If you haven't set up Tap & Pay, you can either go to Settings > Registrations on another device you're registered on to cancel your CommBank app registration, or call us on 13 2221.

Note: If you have chosen to activate the Simple balance feature on your phone, the balance of your nominated account will display without the need to log on to the CommBank app.  You can turn this feature on and off at any time via Settings > Simple balance.

We recommend that you also use the Passcode Lock (iPhone) or Screen Lock (Android and Windows) feature on your phone or tablet.
