To ensure that we have your most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend that you contact us even if you have already done so at the branch or on NetBank.

To provide your new details, please:

  • call 13 1056 between 8am and 8pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday
  • email us a signed and scanned written request­­; or
  • send your request to:

For a written request, please ensure you include your policy number, both your old and new address, current mobile number, and make sure it is signed and dated by the policy owner/s. Electronic signatures cannot be accepted.

If you’ve had a change in living circumstances you may need to have a financial health check completed. If you need to review your insurance needs, you should speak to your financial adviser.
