I have updated my address with the bank, do I need to update the address for my Life Insurance policy separately?

To provide your new details, please:
- call 13 1056 between 8am and 8pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday
- email us a signed and scanned written request; or
- send your request to:

For a written request, please ensure you include your policy number, both your old and new address, current mobile number, and make sure it is signed and dated by the policy owner/s. Electronic signatures cannot be accepted.
If you’ve had a change in living circumstances you may need to have a financial health check completed. If you need to review your insurance needs, you should speak to your financial adviser.
