Lost, stolen or damaged card
Missing your card or need to replace one? You can lock, cancel or order a replacement in NetBank or the CommBank app using the quick links below.
Misplaced your credit card?
You can apply a temporary lock on your credit card while you look for it. The lock can be removed when you find it.
Lost or stolen card?
Cancel and replace your card to prevent unauthorised use. Your replacement card will be sent to you within seven business days.
Do you need to replace a damaged card?
You can order a replacement. Your card number will not change and you can continue to use your current card until you receive the new one.
