Making a change for another reason?

If you’re discharging to substitute a security (property or cash), release a guarantor or have repaid your loan, you'll need to:

Complete, download and print the discharge authority form

Check all borrowers and guarantors have signed the form
3
Submit the form by either: Emailing it to [email protected]
or dropping it off at your nearest branch

What happens next?
Once we receive your signed discharge request, we’ll begin the steps needed to finalise and process it.
