Ceba is often asked how to:
- Activate a card and set a PIN
- Check account balances
- Make payments
- Set up automatic payments between accounts
- Check the status of an application
In NetBank, you can also:
- Update your contact details
- Report your lost, stolen or damaged card (in the CommBank app too)
- Use our locator tool to find a branch, ATM or BSB
