  • Your address needs to be up-to-date before you cancel or order a replacement card
  • Cards held by additional cardholders will be locked or cancelled too
  • If you think unauthorised transactions have been made you still need to let us know

Misplaced

Add a temporary lock on your card while you look for it.

CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app
  2. Tap Cards > then swipe to find the right card
  3. Tap the card > then Lost, stolen or damaged
  4. Choose Misplaced card > tap the padlock > then Lock card
  5. To lift the lock follow steps 1 and 2 > tap the padlock > then Unlock card

 

NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank > then go to Settings
  2. Under Card security & limits select Lost, stolen or damaged cards
  3. Find the right card > then click Manage
  4. Select Misplaced card > then click Confirm
  5. To lift the lock follow these same steps

Lost or stolen

Cancel your card and order a replacement.

CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app
  2. Tap Cards > then swipe to find the right card
  3. Tap the card > then Lost, stolen or damaged
  4. Choose Lost or stolen > then tap Cancel card icon
  5. Check your address is correct > then tap Yes
  6. Tap Yes again to cancel your card and order a replacement

 

NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank > then go to Settings
  2. Under Card security & limits select Lost, stolen or damaged cards
  3. Find the right card > then click Manage
  4. Select Lost or stolen card > then click Confirm

Damaged

Replacement cards for damaged cards don’t need to be activated.

CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app
  2. Tap Cards > then swipe to find the right card
  3. Tap the card > then Lost, stolen or damaged
  4. Choose Damaged to order a replacement
  5. Check your address is correct > then tap Yes
  6. Tap Yes again to order your replacement card

 

NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank > then go to Settings
  2. Under Card security & limits select Lost, stolen or damaged cards
  3. Find the right card > then click Manage
  4. Select Damaged card > then click Confirm

Overseas

Follow the steps above to report your card lost or stolen in the CommBank app or NetBank.
