Procurement

Being part of a team that leads all the procurement activity for the Bank’s suppliers as well as supporting the way that we enable procurement activity through systems and reporting across the company.

You’ll be hands on in supporting the Group to make decisions about the way we partner with suppliers to deliver good value solutions and help us deliver on our promises to customers.

The scale of our organisation means you’ll be supporting the Bank to optimise the performance of multi-million dollar contracts and be part of facilitating relationships.

You’ll be part of making informed decisions by delivering insights to drive performance and risk outcomes.

Your rotations

Our program takes up to 24 months including 4 rotations in the following teams: Strategy & Enablement; Category Management (both the Technology and the Banking & Corporate Services teams); and Supplier Risk. At the end of the program, you’ll have a permanent role.

Your development & experience

You’ll work in specialist areas such as Strategy Planning, Category Management, Procurement Systems & Enablement, Strategic Deals, Sourcing and Demand Management; Contracting and Group Supplier Risk.

You’re business minded and analytical. You have the ability to translate complex market insights, supplier contracts and commercials into business opportunities.  

You're interested in the supplier lifecycle process and have an eye for efficiencies and innovation. 

Group Property

In a team that creates, builds and operates the Group's properties, both nationally and globally. 

You’ll be part of the team that’s responsible for portfolio strategy, space planning, leasing, design, construction, sustainability, business transition and ongoing facilities management. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of major workplace projects like redeveloping our offices across the Group.

Your rotations

Our program takes up to 24 months which includes rotations across these areas - Leasing, Design and Delivery, Facilities Management and Strategy.

Your development & experience

You’ll have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills through Property Council of Australia courses. You’ll be partnered with a mentor for the duration of your Program who will support you to thrive.

You love understanding the detail of the end-to-end processes and strategy required to lease, develop, design, construct and manage physical property assets. You're able to adapt to ongoing challenges and rapidly evolving environments with your quick thinking and adaptability.

You understand the property or construction industry and could have a background in engineering, architecture, property economics, asset & facility management, construction and project management.
