PERLS II (PCBPA)

PERLS II are units in the PERLS II Trust, a registered managed investment scheme. The Responsible Entity of the Trust is Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("the Bank"). The role of the Responsible Entity is to manage the Trust in the unitholders' best interests in accordance with documents establishing the trust (the Trust Constitution) and the law.

The Bank and its subsidiaries do not guarantee the performance of the Trust or PERLS II, the payment of distributions by the Trust or the repayment of capital by the Trust.

PERLS II - refers to Perpetual Exchangeable Resettable Listed Securities, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (code PCBPA). Distributions are paid quarterly.
