Voucher View is an add-on service in CommBiz that allows users to drill down on detail in their statement for online voucher image retrieval. In order to get this easy-to-use service, talk to your company's Commbiz administrator or please talk to the CommBiz Helpdesk for further information.

Voucher View in CommBiz reduces the need to contact us to check the details of transactions that appear on your statements, which leaves you more time to run your business. It complements the use of other electronic channels for voucher reconciliations, and adds value to your overall cash management operations.

Voucher View is suitable for businesses that have a frequent need to view copies of their vouchers and do not have a voucher image storage archive.

With Voucher View, you can:

• View copies of your vouchers (includes Agency Payment Facility, Lockbox and internal bank vouchers) the next business day; this does not include Lockbox exception vouchers
• Identify items related to your vouchers
