How do I change my address details?
You can change your address by visiting any Commonwealth Bank branch or calling our customer service centres on 13 2221, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note before we can change your address we are required to identify you. Alternatively, if you are a NetBank customer you can change your address online.
How do I change my name?
You will need to visit a Commonwealth Bank branch to change your name. Please bring supporting documentation such as a marriage certificate with you.
How do I find out my account number(s)?
An easy way to find your account number is on your regular bank statements or a cheque book. You can also call 13 2221, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit any Commonwealth Bank branch. Remember, before we can give your account number we are required to identify you. A great way to view your account information is online using NetBank.
What is a BSB?
A BSB is a six digit number that identifies banks and branches within Australia. You will need to include this number if transferring money between your accounts or to a third party.
How do I order a statement?
You can order a statement from any Commonwealth Bank branch or over the telephone by calling 13 2221, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are a NetBank customer you can order statements for some types of accounts linked to your NetBank facility. Fees and charges may apply.
What are the opening hours of Commonwealth Bank branches?
Most branches are open from 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Some Commonwealth Bank branches are now open weekends. To find out about a branch or other services in your area, visit Find us.
