NetBank stores up to the last 2 years of stored transactions for open statement accounts, Credit Cards, Home Loans and Personal Loans.
Future transactions are any transactions that you have scheduled to take place on a future date. These are also referred to as scheduled transfers.
To view future transactions:
On the 'view future transactions' page under the ‘accounts’ tab, select the account you wish to view using the 'account from' drop down list. Then click the 'Show' button. The scheduled transfers due in the next 6 months will be shown for the selected account chosen.
Any modification or change to your future transactions needs to be performed before 5 am (EST time) on the day it is due.
To modify or delete a future transfer go to the 'scheduled transfers' page under the 'transfers' tab or 'scheduled bill payments' page under the 'bills' tab, depending on the type of transaction you wish to modify/ delete.
It enables you to view your account interest rate, credit limit, loan interest, and deposit interest information relating to your linked Statement accounts, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Personal Loans and Term deposits.
To view account information:
On the 'view account information' page under the ‘accounts’ tab, select the account you wish to view using the 'account information' drop down list. Then click the 'View information' button.
NetBank gives you the option to copy transaction details to another software application using the export function.
Export formats supported are:
The data exported from NetBank will consist of all transactions requested on the ‘export transactions search’ page. The search results will be displayed on the ‘export transactions’ page, although only 40 records will be displayed on each screen. The exported file will contain all transactions matching the query data.
NetBank does not have the facility to download receipts from 'Bank messages’; however the receipts can be pasted into other applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel. To do this:
a. Select the data you wish to copy by dragging the mouse over the data you wish to copy while the left mouse button is depressed.
b. Copy the data to your clipboard by pressing 'CONTROL-C' or 'APPLE-C' (for Macintosh Computers).
c. Open another application such as Microsoft Word, WordPad or Microsoft Excel.
d. Paste the data into the other application by pressing 'CONTROL-V' or 'APPLE-V' (for Macintosh Computers) or selecting 'Edit-Paste' or 'Edit-Paste-Special' from the menu bar.
For best results in Microsoft Word we suggest you select 'Edit-Paste-Special-Unformatted Text'.

No. The sort functionality only affects how transactions are displayed on screen.
Running balance figures are exported in Comma Separated Values (CSV) (e.g. Microsoft Excel) format only, as other software packages calculate the running balance for you.
Please ensure that your search 'from' and 'to' dates are business days (working day) and that the maximum number of transactions exported is 180.
