Can I apply online?

Currently available if:

  • Your loan has no more than two borrowers
  • Your loan is not for construction, buying off-the-plan, or set up with a trust or guarantor
  • You want an online application experience with lender support after you submit

If you have more than two borrowers, it’s best to book an appointment.

If you’re self-employed, speak to our specialists about financing your home loan and business banking needs together.

  • We'll provide you an online decision once you submit

Change your existing loan

You can switch or refix your eligible existing home loan online

  • View all available rates when you log onto NetBank, To switch in NetBank, go to 'Settings' and then select 'Change to fixed rate / refix home loan'. 
  • In the CommBank app, go to your home loan, tap ‘Manage loan’ then select ‘Change your loan’

Some home loan types can’t be changed in NetBank, such as Interest Only. Call 13 2224 for any changes to your loan that you can’t make in NetBank.
