It’s worth noting that if you use Frequent flyer points to buy your travel
tickets, you’ll only be eligible for complimentary travel insurance if you
spend at least $950 per person on other prepaid travel expenses – such as
prepaid accommodation or tours – using your eligible Commonwealth Bank credit

When you're back in Australia
You need to make any claims within 30 days of returning from overseas.
To make a claim, fill in a Travel Claim Form (PDF 218KB) and send it to Zurich.
