If you have recently changed your address, you will need to complete a Change of Address form and return it to the Bank's share registrar, Link Market Services Limited. Alternatively, you can write to Link Market Services Limited, Locked Bag A14, Sydney South NSW 1235 with your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN), full name, old and new address or ring them on 1800 022 440.  If your holding is broker-sponsored, you will have to change your address through your sponsoring broker.
