EFTPOS issue affecting digital wallets

    An EFTPOS issue affecting multiple banks has impacted a small number of customers who recently added a debit card to their digital wallet. We have contacted impacted customers directly and are removing their digital card to resolve the issue. Impacted customers can re-add their debit card - either through the CommBank app or their digital wallet app - by following these instructions:

    Physical cards, online transactions and credit cards were not affected.

    CommBiz Customers

    CommBiz and the CommBiz Mobile app will not be available between 8:00pm Saturday 25 October - 5:00am AEDT Sunday 26 October 2025.
     

    CommBank app

    CommBank Yello may be affected between 12:00am - 5:00am AEDT Sunday 26 October 2025.
     

    Monday 27 October - Tuesday 28 October 2025

    The 'Your complaints' homepage in the CommBank app and in NetBank will not be available between 8:00pm Monday 27 October - 12:00am AEDT Tuesday 28 October 2025.
