Quick reference guide

13 2221 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Dial 13 2221 - Have your account number, card number or NetBank ID ready. After you log in, in most cases you can enter just the last 4 digits of an account or card number. If you don't know your account number you can press 1 to have a list of accounts read out that you can select from.

1. Account balance, transaction history, funds transfers, BPAY, exchange rates

 

Press 1 Account balance, transaction history and other account information

Press 2 Funds transfer or pay bills using BPAY

Press 3 Foreign exchange rates

Press 4 Use Option 2 then 2 to activate a new card or to obtain a PIN for a new or existing card

Press 5 Change your telephone banking password

Press 0 All other account enquiries including setting up telephone banking

Press 7 Return to main menu

 


 

2. Card activation, lost cards, Commonwealth Awards

 

Press 1 Report a card lost or stolen

Press 2 To activate a new card or to setup a new PIN on a new or existing card

Press 3 For account information such as your balance, credit limit or transaction information

Press 4 Enquire about your awards points

Press 5 Close a credit card account

Press 6 To apply for a new credit card account

Press 0 All other account enquiries

Press 7 Return to main menu

 


3. Information about a new or existing home and personal loans

 

Press 1 Home loans

Press 1 Enquire about a new home loan

Press 2 Enquire about an existing home loan

 

Press 2 Personal loans

Press 1 Enquire about a new personal loan

Press 2 Enquire about an existing personal loan

 

Press 7 Return to main menu

 


4. NetBank Enquiries

 

Press 1 To find out more about a transaction you can see on NetBank

Press 2 If you're having problems connecting to NetBank, have received an error, or have a question about International Money Transfers

Press 0 If you have forgotten your client number or password, would like to register for NetBank or have any other NetBank enquiry

Press 7 Return to main menu

 


5. To open or apply for a new account over the phone

 

Press 1 To open a new transaction or savings account

Press 2 To apply for a new Credit Card

Press 3 To apply for a new Home Loan

Press 4 To apply for a new Personal Loan

Press 5 To open a new Insurance product

Press 0 For any other new account enquiry
