To use telephone banking, have your card number, NetBank ID, account number and
telephone banking password ready. After entering those details most customers
will be able to select other accounts by entering the last 4 digits only.
- In Australia simply call 13 2221 then Press 1 for
Telephone Banking.
- Outside Australia - dial your international direct
dialling access code, then 61 13 2221.1
