Key Fact Sheet
You may now request a personalised Key Fact Sheet to help you compare and
select the most appropriate loan for you.
To generate a Key Fact Sheet, simply enter your loan purpose, loan amount
and loan term into the calculator, and select the home loan type. If available,
you will also be able to select whether you wish to take out a Wealth Package.
You then click ‘Calculate’ and select the ‘Generate Key Fact Sheet’ button.
When you click on this button your Key Fact Sheet will be generated which you
can download and print.
The Key Fact Sheet is available for variable, fixed rate and honeymoon rate
loans, as well as loans in the Wealth Package. However it is not available for
Interest Only & Interest in Advance loan options, Viridian Line of Credit
or Equity Unlock for Seniors loans.
Please note that the Key Fact Sheet will only display the advertised
headline rate for a product or package, and repayment frequency is
automatically set at monthly, although other repayment options are
available.
