- Call our Emergency claim service on 13 24 23 (24 hours, 7 days a
week).
- When you call, you’ll speak with people who understand how important it is
to get things settled quickly and efficiently.

What you need to provide
To help speed up the process of your claim, please provide our staff
with:
- your policy number if you have it;
- all telephone numbers (including mobile phone numbers) that you can be
contacted on; and
- a preferred time for our staff to call you.
How we support your claim
- When you report your claim you’ll be provided with a dedicated claims
manager to oversee your claim through to closure. Our staff are here to help
you at this difficult time.
- To try to avoid further damage to your building or contents, our claims
staff can help determine what needs to be fixed first.
- We have extra staff working extended hours to respond to your phone calls
and online claims as quickly as possible. We also have more assessors available
who are familiar with the situation and able to assess your claims as quickly
as possible.
