Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) notes that today the Federal Court of Australia dismissed a claim brought as a class action against Count Financial. Count Financial was a wholly owned subsidiary of CBA until 1 October 2019, when it was acquired by Count Limited.
UPDATE: Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) notes that on 26 June 2025 Count Financial was notified of an appeal to the Full Court of the Federal Court from the class action judgment dated 27 May 2025.
