The new Banking Code of Practice strengthens the industry’s commitment to providing ethical, fair and responsible service so our customers know they can trust us to do the right thing.
It represents another positive step by the industry to listen to our customers and undertake genuine change. Importantly, we have worked with ASIC to ensure the standards set out in the Code are more than promises by providing customers with enforceable rights.
