Commonwealth Bank today announced the appointment of Kristy Huxtable as a Company Secretary of the Bank with effect from 20 March 2019 and resignation of Clare McManus as a Company Secretary of the Bank with effect from 20 March 2019.

Kara Nicholls, Group Company Secretary, will continue to be the person responsible for communications with the ASX under Listing Rule 12.6.
